BigTV - Pori Jazz 2009
The snow is melting, the ice is breaking and spring is finally here. (Thank God) And with that we bring you the last of our summer specials episodes 2009, perfect timing. ‘Pori Jazz’ is one of Finland’s oldest and most famous festivals and the only festival were the president Tarja Halonen shakes her derrière, so it’s got to be good!!!!!! BigTV - Up & Coming - We have no name
Up-and-coming. Showing signs of advancement and ambitious development: Well that sums up this girl already! Emilia Tapprest aka E-million is a girl to watch. DJ/Promoter/Photographer and Designer, E-million does all theses things very, very well indeed. BigTV has an eye for talent and are glad to say we spotted Emilia very early in 2008 when she was sweet 16. (how we met is a really cool story) So when she invited us to her first club night we knew it would be something special, we weren't disappointed. You'll be seeing a lot more of E-million and discovering what she up to on BigTV in the near future but for now let take it back to a time when We had No Name and she had No Philosophy?

BigTV - Top Billin
Taking it back to the Top, quite literally. Way back in beginning of 2008/ 2009 the Big's jumped the queue at Redrum, waltz by the security and hit the packed dance floor and experienced for the first time the awesome funkiness of the Top Billin Boys, who at the time were still riding high on the back of the M.I.A tour. A lot has happen since then but one thing has stayed the same, the music is still loud, energetic, nasty and funky, Lilli caught up with his Highness Sir Nenis to talk music, dancing and Djing in Finland. Cue music!

When discussing the pioneers of rap music, Kurtis Blow is known to the hip-hop world as the original king of rap. He was the first rapper to sign to a major label, first to get a gold record, first rapper to tour Europe & USA, and rap's first millionaire. Kurtis Blow is the man!
